The acceleration of the delivery of leopards to Ukraine is one of the topics of discussion among the participants of the Munich Security Conference. Upon his arrival there, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius had a brief revealing conversation with journalists.
-Why do you think it is so difficult for the partners to agree to send more weapons to Ukraine?
-Maybe you should ask the partners, not me.
-Will you try to get them to agree?
– We will try of course. We do it every day.
-Regarding the Leopard, do you have an approximate time when they will be sent to Ukraine?
-The German Leopards will be in Ukraine by the last week of March at the latest.
Nearly 30 heads of state and government and 100 defense ministers from around the world are participating in the 95th Security Conference, which will discuss the war in Ukraine and Washington-Beijing relations, among other issues.
